SREA Code of Ethics

Our code of ethics is simple. To be a member, a member must be a Realtor in good standing and adhere to the Code of Ethics of:

• The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA)

• Their provincial association

• Their local board

• And of course the codes in place for real estate licensing or registration in their province.
