Since settling in Toronto in 1996, Carol has been captivated by the city’s vibrant diversity and endless opportunities. As a seasoned realtor and a senior herself, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her role as an Accredited Senior Agent (ASA), a designation recognized by the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) that focuses on the unique real estate needs of mature and senior Canadians . 
Carol understands that transitioning to a new lifestyle involves more than just a change of address; it’s a significant life event filled with emotional and logistical challenges. Her ASA training equips her to navigate these complexities, offering clear, compassionate, and tailored solutions to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for her clients.
Beyond her real estate practice, Carol is passionate about decor, design, cuisine, and languages—she’s currently mastering Italian! A culinary enthusiast, she delights in preparing elaborate dinners and exploring local food markets like Kensington Market, Eataly, and St. Lawrence Market, with Thai and Italian cuisines being among her favourites.
Residing in North York with her husband, Jay, Carol embraces the empty-nester phase while cherishing her role as a proud grandmother to five delightful grandchildren. Family remains at the heart of her life. An avid hockey and basketball fan, she enjoys cheering on her favourite teams and hitting the slopes during winter. Summers are often spent hosting backyard gatherings for family and friends, celebrating the joys of togetherness.
